Terms of Use
Effective date: 6 November 2026
These terms apply when you use the Duesday app and website, published by Muhammad Umair.
Using Duesday
Duesday helps you track personal deadlines and sends you reminders. By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older. Duesday runs on iOS 16.4 or later and Android 8 or later (iPhone widgets need iOS 17).
Plans
- Free: up to 10 active items, manual entry, no ads, no account.
- Plus: free, with ads you choose to turn on. Unlimited items, attachments and the medium widget, and one AI scan per short ad (up to 3 a day).
Both plans are free. Duesday has nothing to buy and no subscription.
Your content
The items, attachments and notes you add are yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the features you use, such as reading a scan you start. We do not use your content for advertising.
AI scans
Scans can make mistakes. Always check the details before you tap Save, and treat dates and amounts as suggestions. Duesday is a reminder tool, not a guarantee that a deadline will be met. Only scan content you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Duesday. That includes attempting to break, overload or bypass the limits or security of the app or our services, scanning content you have no right to use, using automated means to create scans, reverse engineering the app except where the law allows it, or using Duesday to break the law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Duesday at any time and delete your data (Settings > Privacy > Delete all data, or see the delete data page). We may suspend or end access to the online services, for example if you break these terms or abuse the service. Your items stored on your phone stay on your phone.
Warranty disclaimer and limits of liability
Duesday is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that reminders or scans will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for a missed deadline, a charge, a lapsed warranty or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Governing law
Mandatory consumer protection rules where you live still apply.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the effective date above and tell you in the app or by email before the change applies. Continuing to use Duesday after that means you accept the new terms.
