Delete your Duesday data or account

Without an account (everyone using the current app)

Your deadlines, attachments and settings are only on your phone. Plus also creates a random anonymous ID on our servers when you scan or watch a rewarded ad, with your scan credits and a log of each scan's status and timing. To erase all of it:

1. Open Duesday and go to Settings > Privacy > Delete all data.
2. Type DELETE to confirm.

That erases your phone and, when you are online, the anonymous ID from our servers. If the app is already deleted, the ID holds no name, email or items; it can't be matched to you from outside the app.

If you have an account (an earlier version)

In the app

1. Open Duesday and go to Settings > Account.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

On the web, without the app

1. Enter the email address of your Duesday account below. We send it a 6-digit code.
2. Enter the code. It expires in 10 minutes and works once.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Can't use the form, or no longer have access to that email? Write to hello@techitech.io and we'll help you delete it after checking it is yours.

What gets deleted

• Your account and email address
• Anything stored with it, such as backed-up items and attachments
• Your scan credits and email preferences

All of this is erased from our servers within 24 hours, and we email you a confirmation.

What isn't affected

• Items stored on your phone. To clear them too, go to Settings > Privacy > Delete all data in the app.
