What support can see
Duesday has no accounts, so there is no profile for us to look up. We cannot see your items, deadlines or attachments: they never leave your phone. More on the security page.
Export or delete your data
- Export your deadlines: Settings > Privacy > Export gives you a JSON file of your items (attachments are not included).
- Erase everything on your phone: Settings > Privacy > Delete all data.
- Erase the anonymous scan ID on our servers (Plus): the same Delete all data button does it. More on the delete data page.
